PERSONALITY

Neutrino Tau Diaze, Better known as 9201X [Pronounced Nine Two Zero One X, or Nine/ Nine Two for short] is a street mercenary who formerly ran with the Valentino's, before becoming a Merc under Fixer Static Mary Grace.92 is best known for her skills without needing quick hacks and instead brute lethal force, either via Shotgun, Assault rifle,Her Thermal Mantis blades, Knife and in some cases using just her Motorcycle as a Weapon itself. She usually has a Walkman player on her when off duty, personality wise she is very closed off or intimidating to people she doesn't trust/know well. To those who have seen her with the guard down, 92 is quite a protective and caring person with a love for outer space/ 80's sappy pop music despite her "hardened angry Merc" front she puts on. Once someones proven to her she can trust them she'll come to the persons aid without question or hesitation.

CHILDHOOD

Neutrino was born to a Corpo and Rocker boy, her Mum being Aperture Orion (Code name Poltergiest) , a Corpo Netrunner born in Britain before moving to Night City for work, doing smaller gigs for random companies before finally settling into a position at NetWatch given her ties to her birthplace and proven skills as a netrunner.
Her Dad Cedar Ren Diaze is a Rocker boy (Drummer) Originally from Montana (Yes Far cry 5/new dawn refs), his family moving away from Montana when he was younger in order to avoid some “crazy cultist” that started to show up in their town. Given his dad was military Cedar almost went the same route, but never got past the paperwork stage for some strange reason. He moved to Night City in his late teens for music gigs where he eventually met Aperture at a bar, from then they got together after a few awkward dates.
Morgan Nixie Diaze would be their first child and Son, while Neutrino was born a few years after as their first (and last) Daughter.At 10 years old Neutrino got kidnapped to be used as a ransom by some Scavs who had gotten info somewhere she was a Corpo Netrunners kid, The ransom attempt failed as 92 slipped her restraints once left alone in the room of the warehouse. She somehow by luck escaped their warehouse/ capture. Shooting a Scav on the way out on accident since they were blocking the window.
She ran into the streets eventually being picked up and taken in by some Valentino's she came across, due to the trauma she endured she was unable to remember her name or home and with Aperture giving birth off the records in an attempt to protect her children and Cedar never giving his last name anywhere public given his families almost off grid lifestyle, the Valentinos couldn't find jackshit about her either.So she simply went off the name that had been temporarily stamped onto her neck like livestock.9201X Diaze. The only remnants of her family being a modified walkman from her father she somehow kept on hand throughout the kidnapping and afterwards.

TEENAGE/ EARLY ADULTHOOD

She lived with the Valentinos throughout her tweens to early 20s, learning street smarts, weapons, a side of Spanish and a love for BBQ sauce?, she got her first implants at 15 which were just some simple aesthetic face ones.Wanting to get into a "big" leagues like most Mercs wanted and the fact she felt somewhat isolated with the almost "family" centric way the Valentinos operated, something she could never truly understand at 21 she took a gig from a fixer called Static Mary Grace, it was simple. Break into a hideout, grab the right USB, return to a bar to meet up with Static to hand it over. Done and dusted, drinks on the house for a job finished.A job finished, along with a trap fully walked into. 92 would wake up to find herself in Statics hideout/office after multiple rounds of unknown to her, Spiked drinks. Along with Static greeting her once awake, casually telling 92 a EMP bomb was implanted in her neck that she had control of. So she shouldn't think of running away or getting help unless she planned to either become crippled or worse, zapped to death like a bug.With 92 unable to fight back due to fear of being cooked like a fly in a bug lamp. Or risk hurting the friends/ vague family she had made whilst with the Valentinos. She agreed to work for Static out of pure fear.Needing to be up to "scratch" in Statics words, 92 got a lot more implants aside from the simple ones on her face and mantis blades.

ADULTHOOD

Due to switching heavier implants such as more advanced Mantis blades, face tech and even a stolen sandevistan. Health issues started affecting 92 on-top of the already existing stress of having a fucking EMP Bomb in your neck that could be set off at any time.having cheap or stolen implants used on her face caused permanent colour blindness (tritanopia strain). The sandy causing her to 8 outta 10 times cough out blood if used more than twice or once at full power. In bad cases straight up causing her to pass out.Needing a netrunner to help out as the gigs getting tougher and 92 getting worse psychical health wise, Amani would be "hired" by Static to help out, him being a Militech netrunner originally from Germany.At first 92 and Amani hated each other, after a few cases of saving each other's asses though they got along way better. Each having each other's back where the other lacked in skill such as Amanis skill at Netrunning and 92s physical strength.

Amani acts confident and sometimes full of him self due to his higher education plus job on top.When Amani isn't being full of himself (or rightfully gets knocked down a peg or two), He stumbles over his words or tries to divert the situation away from his mistakes.Beneath the confident corporate netrunner is a genuinely good person who cares for those close to him deeply, he doesn't hesitate to help in anyway shape or form. He's also been described as someone who "looks for a genuine long time partner in a city that never puts on the breaks". Morgan Nixie Diaze, or as he calls himself Machete Nixie Diaze is a former Maelstromer and recovering Cyberpsycho, Hes extremely friendly and outgoing with a habit of flirting with those who are comfortable with it! He loves talking about Marine life, going to the beach or swimming in general, Make up and the occasional drinking here or there.He does struggle with bad Anxiety, Depression and guilt from what he did in his younger years, he continues to try improving himself and caring for those around him, including teaching himself how to cook meals that dont rely heavily on a microwave or just heating up something frozen in a oven (Seafood is his go to). While he does keep his worst thoughts to himself sometimes they will slip out, to which he will try to reassure whoever is worried about him that hes not as "bad" as he accidently let get shown.Due to his height Machete tends to have a confident yet relaxed posture, with a bad habit of leaning on walls or chairs to appear "shorter", this includes doing his best to not show off his teeth to much when smiling due to having sharper canine teeth. When hes feeling extra friendly or wants someone to know he is infact looking at them, his cybernetic eyes have a setting with "false" pupils which are just neon blue circles.

LIKES

1. He has a love for marine animals (his favorites being Orcas / Jelly Fish). Having a tattoo on his shoulder of a cluster of jellyfish and a large orca plush at home he cuddles to sleep, along with a lot more plushies/décor of other Marine animals.

2. He loves older boats such as Ocean Liners, finding the designs so alien yet pretty given 2077's boat designs.

Morgan was the first born of Cedar and Aperture, being somewhat born off record in order to hopefully stop any attention being drawn both to them and their son.Morgan was homeschooled and despite being raised in a nice apartment with loving parents, due to seeing his dad go out so much and talk about his adventures both before and after becoming a rockerboy naturally made him grow rebellious. Wanting to try some of the "cool" stuff his dad mentioned doing.With Aperture being a high level corpo netrunner she taught Morgan some non Implant Netrunning skills as homework and for future career skills, accidentally giving him the non psychical keys to start sneaking out of home whenever his parents were asleep. Once Neutrino came along he used the fact Aperture or Cedar were tired to sneak out even more.

TEENAGE/EARLY ADULTHOOD

Being naive of the true corrupt nature of Night City, His first real “friend" he made at 12 was full of red flags anyone else would've seen, a Maelstromer who was mid teens.Morgan snuck out even more once making this friend, partaking in drinking, the casual drugs here and there along with more illegal activities. Going under the alias "Morgue" since it sounded cooler.Unfortunately one of the times he snuck out was the day Neutrino was kidnapped so he returned to find his parents panicking, unable to find his younger sister who was only 10 at the time. Hit with extreme guilt of seeing his parents so distressed...he slipped out again. Running away from home since he hadn't been spotted when originally returning.Having nowhere else to go and riddled with guilt, Morgan officially joined up with his "friend" in Maelstrom. Gaining a bunch of Implants, doing harder drugs and worse stuff over the next years to fit in and wipe away as much guilt as possible.

Eventually at the age of 20, Morgan ended up snapping due to being mistreated by a couple of the more aggressive maelstroms, being on a high dose of chrome, anger, lingering guilt and drugs. He wiped out the entire small sub group of maelstromers he was hanging out with. Going on to kill even more bystanders as his cyberware and drugs made everything 10x worse.

ADULTHOOD

Morgan would pass out in an alleyway after somehow making it to Pacifica, waking up days later to find himself unable to talk. Barely able to move and in what seemed to be a ripperdocs clinic, his body hooked up to some machines presumably keeping him alive, at first thinking he'd been kidnapped by some Scavs or similar.This would be his first time meeting Dr Mitchell Station Gray, an older Ripperdoc with possible ties to dogtown Voodoo Boys, who had taken pity on the young man despite the condition Morgan was in along with the obvious signs of being apart of Maelstrom. Seeing Morgan as somewhat both someone who had potential to be more than just a chromed up ganger and also as a decent project for himself to put his ripperdoc skills to use, it would also help get rid of the good quality but lower tier/powered stock Station rarely would sell.Over the years Dr Station treated Morgan the best he could, downgrading him to more stable cyberware, replacing his neck with a plated covered one,Giving him optics more "human" like, etc. along with a lot of therapy with Station having a degree in the field In the process becoming a second father figure to Morgan.Morgan would eventually go by the name Machete as he got more stable, finding Morgan too close to his alias Morgue, only very few people (Station being one) are allowed to use his real name without it somehow triggering his trauma.Once fully recovered physically and stable a lot more mentally, Station got Machete a place at one of the motel apartments, something easy, simple, cheap and close to resources, he also gave Machete his car due to him not needing it as much anymore whilst planning to downgrade to a much more simpler car as well.At first Machete did some work as a janitor, cashier, simple jobs to get him used to people again, Finally landing himself a job as a stripper/entertainer when applying on a whim. One of the best decisions of his life as his red cybernetics practically made him GLOW in the club lightning when performing, making him quite popular and rank in eddies which lead him to finally leave the apartment Station had rented out for him, buying his own nicer apartment in the Glen, getting it on discount due to the previous person being upset at the “ruined view” (a smaller office building that had been built which barely affected said view.)Machetes a lot more stable in recent years, often using the weekends to visit the beach or to help out Station at the clinic before he retired doing Ripperdoc work and left Night City for a more peaceful retirement once Machete had gotten a more closer, trusted, Ripperdoc to keep up his medication and implant checkup.Hes still not tried to get back in contact with his parents due to his overwhelming fear of what they would think of him, along with the guilt he still carries that he possibly had led to his sister's death.
